Fillerboard
Description
The expansion joint filler board is a Woodfibre Softboard impregnated with a bitumen emulsion. It is made in Poland from a mix of pine and spruce. It has superior characteristics in dry as well as in wet conditions. The bitumen emulsion protects the board from any damage caused by moisture. The board has an excellent durability and is used and approved since decades.
Technical Specification
- The Filler Board is produced and supervised according to EN 13986
- The Filler Board is a porous wood fibre board according to EN 622-4
- The Filler Board reaches Fire class E according to EN 13501-1
- The Filler Board is produced in accordance with the ASTM standard
- The 35% bitumen board can be provided as an ASTM D1751 certified Expansion Joint Filler
- The 20% bitumen board complies with the ASTM D1751 for the requirements of compression, extrusion, recovery and water absorption
- The 10% bitumen board complies with the ASTM D1751 for the requirements of compression, extrusion, recovery and water absorption
- The test procedure is according to ASTM D545-99
- The production is certified according to ISO 9001:2000
